			L’Abysse
Located in the sumptuous neoclassical Pavillon Ledoyen, the elegant and romantic L’Abysse – Japanese cuisine restaurant with surprising touches of refinement – was opened. Hidden amidst the greenery of the Champs Elysées and reflecting the touch of Japan given by the fractal images of the wooden installation created by the artist Tadashi Kawamata, the space holds a sushi bar, zashiki (salon privé) and tables, all in a tasteful and sophisticated atmosphere. The owner – star chef Yannick Alleno – has chef Yasunari Okazaki running his kitchen. L’Abysse offers one of the best sake lists in France. Ultra contemporary and discreet, it is, without a doubt, the most chic and exclusive Japanese restaurant in Paris.
