In the summer, it is a luxury to have lunch or dinner in the charming courtyard of the Plaza Athenée hotel on the sophisticated Avenue Montaigne, next to the most elegant boutiques on the planet, in the famous golden triangle.

If you are dreaming of the dinner of the gods, opt for the award-winning restaurant by chef Alain Ducasse – three Michelin stars.
Very attentive, the chef is always thinking about everything, from the use of organic cereals – such as kasha and psyllium that are transformed into flour for gluten-intolerant customers – to fish originating from sustainable fishing, the kind done in small boats, for example, by conscientious fishermen who know the fragility of fishing resources and follow the rhythm of the seasons. This, and for that matter the fresh vegetables, come directly from the Grand Parc de Versailles and are harvested daily, just before they go on your plate.

Replete with sophisticated details – look at the waiters – all trained by a choreographer hired by Ducasse who has partnerships with luxury brands such as Chloé and Vetements.

Open exclusively in the summer, La Cour Jardin, with its famous red canopies, is the place to be. Red awnings will provide you with unforgettable glamour in the open air while you enjoy a delicious, super romantic lunch.

If you are looking for a very quiet place, go to Le Relais Plaza, all in art déco, a hallmark of the French tradition.
